Heather Roberts brings nearly 20 years of experience in radio and television news to stations around Oregon. She graduated Cum Laude from Boston's Emerson College with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.

 

Heather worked in television for a number of years, with stints at KATU in Portland, in Bend at KFXO, KOHD and Central Oregon Daily News, as well as working for ABC News as a freelance producer in the Pacific Northwest. She also spent more than five years as News Director at KBND FM/AM before launching the Oregon Radio News Network. In addition to operating the ORNN, Heather also co-anchor's Portland's Morning News on KXL.

She and her husband live in Portland, along with their dog Bayla - aka Heather's "news hound."
